Cubs

A Cub Scout Pack can have up to 36 Cub Scouts and is split into smaller groups called Sixes.

Cubs take part in a wide range of activities designed to be interesting and challenging. A Cub Scout meeting consists of games and activities with plenty of time spent outdoors.

In Romford, Cubs take part in District events such as scooter rallies, chess competitions, swimming galas and handicraft competitions.

Each year the Cub Sections from each Group also come together for a weekend of fun at the annual District Camp.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
